Technologically, the model belongs to the Delight models of Elan's Woman Studio all-mountain line, which stand out for their lightweight construction. Years ago, Elan already pointed out that the Delight is the lightest women's ski. Responsible for this is the SlimShape technology, which massively reduces the weight of the ski, but at the same time ensures that the ski remains resistant and stable. A Tubelight ski core has been incorporated into the Delight Black Edition. This is a laminated wood core in which two carbon tubes with a diameter of 5 mm are incorporated along the outer edges. They reduce weight on the one hand and increase torsional stability on the other, resulting in good edge grip and a smooth ride. The Early Rise Rocker also ensures good flotation properties on soft snow, after all, the Delight Black Edition is an all-mountain ski. The RST sidewalls also ensure good power transmission.
